I'm Jason Baity, a Michigan-born U.S. Army veteran and dad. I served six years, including two deployments to Iraq, and started Michigan Veteran Dad to build something that reflects the things I stand for: family, service, and Michigan pride.
I'm starting with small-batch Richardson 112 leather-patch hats from my home in Michigan. I press the patches on my hats myself, one at a time. I'm just getting started, and I don't have the buying power of a big company. What I can give my work is my attention and a story that's genuinely mine.
